- Description: The Asplenium antiquum Hurricane Bird's nest fern is a relatively new variety that has a wonderful whirlwind growth habit of glossy green leaves. It prefers a degree of humidity making it ideal for adding a touch of easy-care, air-purifying greenery to kitchens and bathrooms.
- Soil: A bird’s nest fern needs moist, well-draining soil. It can be planted in potting soil with peat moss and perlite, or even inside a log
- Watering: Water your bird’s nest fern two to three times a week around the edges of the pot, not in the middle. This will help prevent water from accumulating in the center of the plant and causing rot
